I refuse to be discouraged

I refuse to be discouraged, To be sad, or to cry

I refuse to be down-hearted, And here’s the reason why

I have a God who is mighty- Who’s sovereign and supreme

I have a God Who loves me, And I am on His team

He is all-wise and powerful- Jehovah is His name

Though everything is changeable, My God remains the Same

My God knows all that’s happening– Beginning to the End

His presence is my Comfort; He is my Dearest Friend

When sickness comes to weaken me – To bring my head down low

I call upon my mighty God; Into His arms I go

When circumstances threaten to Rob me of my peace

He draws me close unto His breast, Where all my strivings cease

When my heart melts within me, And weakness takes control

He gathers me into His arms, He soothes my heart and soul

The Great “I AM” is with me; My life is in His hand

The “God of Jacob” is my hope; It’s in His strength I stand

I Refuse to be defeated; My eyes are on my God

He has promised to be with me as through this life I trod

I’m looking past all circumstance; To Heaven’s throne above

My prayers have reached the heart of God and I’m resting in His love

I give thanks in everything; My eyes are on his face

The Battle’s His, the victory’s mine; He’ll help me win the race

Tongue Tied

 -- TONGUE TIED --

here we are

both our tongues

tied together in bliss

with each moments

our passions rising

ever deeper the prize

climbing emotions yet untapped

says my tongue inside of you

may I be your prize today

and this is what I heard you say

my love you are a deep breath

a rushing wind that rattles me still

our tongues quiver together

as we lay in search of discovery

yes you may be my prize today

never let today end I say

full of endless energy

we lay and we play

tongues tied together

in this dance of passion

WE COULD NEVER WIN

I'll say my good byes for the last time

never to see you again

the time is come to put an end

to say no more

all in all I guess we tried

for what it was worth inside

so the love must die

it's all over now

we could never win

we could never win

just can't bring myself

to want you back again

oh, you put a love in my heart

I can never deny

but what you tore apart

all shows up in the lies

no more fool of the heart

it's time we break the ties

as I lay alone in my bed tonight

I'll remember how so many times I tried

how the love grows cold

and the times I cried

when the scars grow old I'll remember still

Lonely Children Cry

Falling tears from the skies

Love is lost and the children cry

in their hearts they can feel

in that feelin is no easy ride

snuffed out before their youth

Lonely Children Cry

so many tears so many lies

I've seen your broken hearted

it shows by the hurt in their eyes

Lonely Children

where do you come from

where do the reasons lie

in a young childs mind

shut out from the inside

without an even chance

to know what is an what is not

you swim to a restless tide

and still we take more than we give

so the children have no will

untill they have no will to live

Love is Lost Lonely Children Cry

so many tears so many lies

in their hearts they can feel

in that feelin nothin seems real

and the tears keep falling

Lonely Children You must not cry

wipe the tears from your eyes

if you will listen I am willing to tell you why

when, the hope you had

should of never died

you must hold on

you must be strong

heres where the secret lies

from within your heart

comes the power of your mind

will to carry on

forgiveness through time

no more wasted tears

no more wasted years

ONLY LOVE  n not fear
